Ingredient Quantity
Rum - light brown Rum - light brown 1 oz
Lime Juice Lime Juice 1/2 oz
Simple Syrup Simple Syrup 1/2 oz
Angostora Angostora 1 dash
Champagne Champagne top with
Fresh Mint Fresh Mint

Instructions

Muddle the mint. Shake all the ingredients except champagne together with plenty of ice. Pour into bowl-style champagne glass and top with champagne. Rub mint leaf around the rim then drop it into the glass.
